I grew up in Michigan, then moved to Boston, Connecticut and Ohio, where  my children were born.  We loved the Midwest and spent a lot of time traveling all over the East coast from Boston to Florida.  Now we love our home near Denver, Colorado.

I've been a freelance technical editor and writer for twenty years.  The most fun jobs I've had were as a volunteer teacher in art appreciation and writing classrooms. 

My Masters degree in creative writing from the University of Denver, allowed me to experiment with lots of different writing forms and techniques. 

Theater was my favorite hobby in college.  I did everything I could do in the theater that allowed me to stay off stage.  Ironically, these days I'm happiest with an audience.  When I had a chance to write scripts for my new book, it was a dream come true.
